How does your process work?
We will personally come out to your home or investment property.
We will interview you and ask key questions to determine what
it is that you would like done. We then will offer suggestions

of the cost for your project; often times, right on the spot.

What is preventative home maintenance?
Preventative home maintenance is the evaluation and management
of your home including a comprehensive inspection, counseling,
maintenance guidance, completion of specific tasks on a scheduled
basis and the ordering and supervision of specific home maintenance
tasks as needed.

there is no mark up to the quoted price. We are an advocate for
you and your home. We protect your interests.
