property owners account. Bills are paid when the available balance
in the property account is equal to or exceeds the amount(s) owed.
For this reason, it is important to ensure your account balance
is always sufficient to pay all anticipated expenses. We will
always provide you with a full accounting of your monthly income
and expenses as well as cash reserve to minimize any payment challenges.
