TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Personal Property Managers® ("The Service")
The Service is Personal Property Management Service for time challenged
individuals and their homes and property from Personal Property
Managers® a subsidiary of Personal Property Managers, LLC.
By using the Service, you agree to the Terms and Conditions for
one of five basic property management programs (Personal Property
Management, New Home or Relocations program, Absentee Home Watch,
Concierge Services, and Service Connection Services or any other
PersonalPropertyManagers.com®). Please read the Terms and
Conditions carefully. Personal Property Managers®, may revise
the terms in this Agreement at any time (the current version of
the Terms and Conditions will be posted at http://www.personalpropertymanagers.com
(via our Policy/terms and conditions link). By using the Service
after any change in the Agreement is posted, you agree to be bound
by all of the changes. The Subscriber is responsible for complying
with the Terms and Conditions. Any violation of the Terms and
Conditions may jeopardize future use of the Service, and upon
any such violation, such account may be subject to immediate suspension
or termination.

SECTION 1. COPYRIGHT AND LIMITATIONS ON USE
1.1 Under the terms of Personal Property Managers® and or
any other Personal Property Managers® Subscription, access
to Personal Property Managers®, tools or services, and other
Personal Property Managers® as Personal Property Management,
New Home or Relocations program, Absentee Home Watch, Concierge
Services, and Service Connection Services or any other Personal
Property Managers® is for the Client / Subscribers ONLY and
may not be shared. The Client / Subscriber is responsible for
the confidentiality and use of the Subscriber's user name and
personal password. The Subscriber's responsibility extends to
all activity and use under the user name and password. By purchasing
a basic service or any one of the five above mentioned services,
you agree not to reproduce, retransmit, photocopy, distribute,
disseminate, sell, publish, broadcast, or circulate the information
received through the Service to anyone without the express prior
written consent of Personal Property Managers®. Information
abstracted from the profiles can be used for research purposes.
Copying and distributing original copyright-protected content
from the profiles and other areas of the site is expressly forbidden.
1.2 The Client / Subscriber agrees to provide complete and accurate
account information. It is the sole responsibility of the Client
/ Subscriber to report any changes to Personal Property Managers®
immediately. Further, if it is determined that the information
provided is inaccurate or incomplete, then Personal Property Managers®,
reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account until such
information is corrected by the Client / Subscriber.
1.3 The information available through the Service is the property
of Personal Property Managers®, or its licensors, and is protected
by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Information
received through the Service is for the Client / Subscriber's
use only. Corporations, enterprises, organizations or other commercial
entities are not authorized to use the Basic Subscription Service
under these Terms and Conditions.
1.4 Client / Subscriber's may not post any content from the Service
to newsgroups, mail lists, or electronic bulletin boards, without
the prior written consent of Personal Property Managers®.
1.5 Personal Property Managers®, reserves the right to monitor
the Client / Subscriber's use of all content, services, and tools
to ensure the Client / Subscriber's compliance with the Terms
and Conditions. If it is determined that the Subscriber is not
in compliance with these Terms and Conditions, Personal Property
Managers®, reserves the right to take such action as is deemed
necessary, including, but not limited to, suspension or termination
of the Client / Subscriber's account. The Client / Subscriber
acknowledges that such monitoring of use may include determining
whether or not the Service is accessed under the account from
multiple IP addresses, as well as noting excessive use from Basic
Subscription accounts.
1.6 The Service includes facts, views, opinions, and recommendations
of individuals and organizations deemed of interest. Personal
Property Managers®, does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness,
or timeliness of, or otherwise endorse, these views, opinions,
or recommendations; give investment advice; or advocate the purchase
or sale of any security or investment.

SECTION 2. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY
2.1 Due to the number of sources from which information on the
Service is obtained, and the inherent hazards of electronic distribution,
there may be delays, omissions, or inaccuracies in such information
and the Service.
2.2 Personal Property Managers®, AND ITS AFFILIATES, AGENTS,
AND LICENSORS CANNOT AND DO NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS,
CURRENTNESS, NONINFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR
A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OF THE NEWS AND INFORMATION AVAILABLE THROUGH
THE SERVICE, OR THE SERVICE ITSELF. NEITHER Personal Property
Managers®, NOR ANY OF ITS AFFILIATES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS
SHALL BE LIABLE TO THE CLIENT / SUBSCRIBER OR ANYONE ELSE FOR
ANY LOSS OR INJURY CAUSED IN WHOLE OR IN PART BY ITS NEGLIGENCE
OR CONTINGENCIES BEYOND ITS CONTROL IN PROCURING, COMPILING, INTERPRETING,
REPORTING, OR DELIVERING THE SERVICE AND ANY NEWS AND INFORMATION
THROUGH THE SERVICE. IN NO EVENT WILL Personal Property Managers®,
ITS AFFILIATES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE TO THE CLIENT /
SUBSCRIBER OR ANYONE ELSE FOR ANY DECISION MADE OR ACTION TAKEN
BY THE CLIENT / SUBSCRIBER IN RELIANCE ON SUCH INFORMATION, OR
FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR SIMILAR DAMAGES, EVEN IF ADVISED
OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THE SUBSCRIBER AGREES THAT
THE LIABILITY OF Personal Property Managers®, ITS AFFILIATES,
AGENTS, AND LICENSORS, IF ANY, ARISING OUT OF ANY KIND OF LEGAL
CLAIM (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE), IN ANY WAY CONNECTED
WITH THE SERVICE OR THE INFORMATION IN THE SERVICE, SHALL NOT
EXCEED THE AMOUNT THE CLIENT / SUBSCRIBER PAID TO Personal Property
Managers®, FOR USE OF THE SERVICE.
2.3 Personal Property Managers®, may discontinue or change
the Service, or its availability, at any time without notice.
The rights and obligations of this Agreement are not assignable.
If any provision of this Agreement is invalid under applicable
law, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and
effect. This Agreement, all intellectual property issues, and
your rights and obligations shall be governed by the laws of the
United States of America and the State of Pennsylvania governing
contracts wholly entered into and wholly performed within Pennsylvania.

SECTION 3. PAYMENT POLICIES
3.1 Basic Client / Subscription – five basic property management
programs (Personal Property Management, New Home or Relocations
program, Absentee Home Watch, Concierge Services, and Service
Connection Services or any other Personal Property Managers®):
A credit card or payment in full by purchasing individual or organization
is required for all Personal Property Managers®, programs
and or any other Personal Property Managers®, service. We
accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards.

SECTION 4. CANCELLATION POLICIES
4.1 To cancel your Personal Property Managers®, program or
service or any other Personal Property Managers®, program,
you may fax your cancellation request to 215-489-8821, e-mail
it to cancel@personalpropertymanagers.com or call customer service
at 215-489-8820, or send it via regular mail to Personal Property
Managers®, Attn: Customer Service, 4387 Swamp Road & Rte
313, Suite 291, Doylestown, PA 18902. Please be sure to provide
your name, address, e-mail address, user name, and password for
authentication. In order to improve our service, we ask that you
include the reason you want to cancel. Cancellations are processed
upon receipt of the cancellation request. Cancellations requesting
a closing statement will receive confirmation via e-mail (if an
e-mail address has been provided).

SECTION 5. PRIVACY POLICY
Protecting the privacy of the information you submit to Personal
Property Managers®, is of great importance to us. We will
use our best efforts to ensure that submitted information is kept
private and used only in the ways described below. If you have
further questions regarding our commitment to you, please feel
free to contact us.
5.1PERSONAL INFORMATION: Your individual or organizations information
submitted is considered strictly private, and unless we believe
we are required by law to do so, Personal Property Managers®,
will not disclose that information to anyone without your authorization.
With your authorization, Personal Property Managers®, may
use your information or share your information with our marketing
partners to make you aware of products and services that we believe
may be of interest to you, or to contact you regarding changes
in our products and services. You may choose to not receive these
types of communications from us simply by sending an email to
cancel@personalpropertymanagers.com
5.2 STATISTICAL INFORMATION: Personal Property Managers®,
gathers collective information about our users and their use of
our site. This data may be used anonymously and in the aggregate
in order to improve our services and in connection with planning,
marketing, and advertising our services. We may share this information
with our partners, but only in the aggregate. We do not disclose
information about your individual visits or your organization
to Personal Property Managers®, or personal information that
you provide, such as your name, address, e-mail address, telephone
number, credit card number, etc., to any outside parties, except
when we believe the law requires it or when you have authorized
it. In addition, if you input information on a registration page
co-branded by Personal Property Managers®, and a third party
(for instance, a co-branded contest registration), your information
may become the property of both Personal Property Managers®,
and such third party. Personal Property Managers®, is not
responsible for the information that any such partner company
receives.
5.3 FEEDBACK: Personal Property Managers®, may conduct surveys
or provide areas within our site where you can submit feedback
to us. You are never required to provide such information, but
if you do provide it, any such information and feedback submitted
to us through these mechanisms become the property of PersonalPropertyManagers.com®.
We may use this information and feedback for marketing purposes,
or to contact you for further feedback about Personal Property
Managers®.
5.4 CONTACTING YOU: If Personal Property Managers®, needs
to contact you regarding questions or other related matters, we
will try to reach you by e-mail first. In the event we must contact
you by telephone regarding your resume, we will use our best efforts
to contact you as discreetly as possible.
5.5 SECURITY: When you place an order online at Personal Property
Managers®, your personal details or your organizations details
and credit card information are scrambled using SSL encryption
technology before being sent over the Internet. Although we cannot
guarantee encryption or the privacy of your personal details and
credit card information, SSL makes it very difficult for your
information to be stolen or intercepted while being transferred.
5.6 COOKIES: Personal Property Managers®, uses "cookies"in
order to improve our customers' use of the site. Cookies enable
us to remember customer user names, passwords and preferences,
and track your use of our site, enabling us to deliver a faster,
personalized, consistent service.
5.7 ADVERTISING: On occasion, we may use third-party advertising
companies to serve ads when you visit our Web site. These companies
may use information (not including your name, address email address
or telephone number) about your visits to this and other Web sites
in order to provide advertisements about goods and services of
interest to you. As with most Internet Service Providers, you
may filter out any unwanted reoccurring email via your ISP internal
email filter process.
5.8 PRIVACY COMMITMENT CHANGES: If we decide to change the Personal
Property Managers®, privacy commitment, we will post those
changes here so that you know which information we gather, how
we may use it, and whether we will disclose it to anyone. If you
