Nicholas Santoro has distinguished himself in personnel, operations, marketing, and project management via a variety of leadership roles while serving in the United States Marine Corps and as co-founder of Personal Property Managers. Nick brings integrity, focus, and an attention to detail that our clients come to rely on in managing their residential and investment properties and in their content liquidation via estate sales and senior lifestyle transition services.
Nick is a decorated Marine Corps veteran who has been awarded the Purple Heart for wounds suffered in the defense of freedom in Iraq. He is co-founder and Board Member of the 3rd Battalion 8th Marines Regiment veterans support group, and a volunteer with the Semper Fi Fund and the Bob Woodruff Foundation. Nick has been awarded the Citizen of the Year by the Bucks County Chamber of Commerce and is a member of the Philadelphia Flyers Wounded Warriors Hockey Team.
Nick is a graduate of the EBV entrepreneurship program for Veterans with disabilities from the Whitman School of Management at Syracuse University, holds an AA degree from Bucks County Community College, and earned his Bachelor's Degree in Business from Drexel University. Nick is also a certified estate sale expert and a licensed Realtor in PA and NJ with EveryHome Realty.
