Personal Property Managers, LLC was created to solve a problem families, caregivers, Powers of Attorney, estate executors, and attorneys face every day: too many responsibilities, too many vendors, and too much stress when a property must be managed, cleared, or sold. We are property transition specialists who handle everything related to a home and its contents, from downsizing and cleanouts to estate content sales, real estate solutions, and home watch services. Our mission is simple: reduce overwhelm, protect value, and provide peace of mind during life's most challenging transitions.

Our Founders

Personal Property Managers was founded by Nicholas and Joseph Santoro. Our clients are often too busy, located out of town, have properties in PA or NJ, are caring for an elderly loved one, or are in the process of moving or downsizing. Our vision is to provide you with total peace of mind. When you call us, you get us. We are on-site at each job to assist you, and to clearly communicate with you on ongoing projects or tasks at hand.

Personal Property Managers is committed to giving back to its community. A portion of our proceeds is donated back to the Veteran Groups who have helped our co-founder, Nick Santoro (USMC, Ret.), and so many others recover from injuries and wounds suffered in the defense of our freedom and our country. We are committed to supporting the Wounded Warrior Project and The Bob Woodruff Foundation for traumatic brain injury.

John Wickberg

John specializes in asset liquidation, estate sales, and home content sales. John helps us achieve the highest value for our clients as we work to downsize their contents. John specializes in identifying market value of our clients' property contents so that we can market these items to achieve maximum returns in asset liquidations. John attended Delaware Valley College and is a youth sports coach.

Michael Porcelli

Michael is an expert in transportation and logistics. Michael coordinates all trucking, transportation, and moving logistics. Michael has over 35 years of experience within the trucking and logistics industry and is a US Army Veteran.

Michael O'Connell

Michael is an Information Technology Architect expert. Michael has an extensive track record of delivering Information Technology solutions that deliver immediate results for our clients, many of whom are located hundreds of miles away and who rely on our technology to keep them informed.

Frank Barile

Frank is our hands-on material handler and is involved in all aspects of customer service at the client level and on-site. Frank has over 25 years of experience in the field of moving and client service management.

Joe Santoro has earned his Master's Degree from the University of Pennsylvania and his Bachelor's Degree from Seton Hall University. Joe is certified by the National Association of Realtors as a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES). Joe has held senior management positions for over 20 years with some of America's most admired companies. He brings this world class experience in customer service to the real estate industry and offers customized solutions to his clients' needs.

Joe is a local youth sports coach and a First Responder Volunteer with the Doylestown Fire Department. He is a member of the National Association of the Remodeling Industry, the National Association of Realtors, and the Bucks County Association of Realtors, and is a volunteer and advocate for disabled Veterans.

Nicholas Santoro has distinguished himself in personnel, operations, marketing, and project management via a variety of leadership roles while serving in the United States Marine Corps and as co-founder of Personal Property Managers. Nick brings integrity, focus, and an attention to detail that our clients come to rely on in managing their residential and investment properties and in their content liquidation via estate sales and senior lifestyle transition services.

Nick is a decorated Marine Corps veteran who has been awarded the Purple Heart for wounds suffered in the defense of freedom in Iraq. He is co-founder and Board Member of the 3rd Battalion 8th Marines Regiment veterans support group, and a volunteer with the Semper Fi Fund and the Bob Woodruff Foundation. Nick has been awarded the Citizen of the Year by the Bucks County Chamber of Commerce and is a member of the Philadelphia Flyers Wounded Warriors Hockey Team.

Nick is a graduate of the EBV entrepreneurship program for Veterans with disabilities from the Whitman School of Management at Syracuse University, holds an AA degree from Bucks County Community College, and earned his Bachelor's Degree in Business from Drexel University. Nick is also a certified estate sale expert and a licensed Realtor in PA and NJ with EveryHome Realty.
